Founder and CEO

Secretary

Richie Kimm

Richie Kimm's journey from a humble upbringing to a revered figure in baseball circles is as inspiring as it is remarkable. Born and raised as the youngest of five boys in a low-income family, Richie found solace and purpose in the game of baseball. Growing up with his brothers, sports became not only a form of recreation but also a unifying force within the family, keeping them away from potential troubles that often lurked in their neighborhood.

Richie's contributions to baseball extend far beyond his playing days. Recognizing the transformative power of the sport, he embarked on a coaching journey that spans over three decades. From his early days as a camp instructor at Sacramento City College to founding the acclaimed Hitting Streak Baseball Academy, Richie has dedicated himself to passing on his knowledge and passion for the game to the next generation.

Through his coaching roles at various levels, including high school teams, travel teams, and Little League clinics, Richie has impacted countless lives, instilling in young players not only the skills to excel on the field but also the values of teamwork, discipline, and perseverance. His commitment to continuous learning and improvement is evident in his extensive coaching experience and his pursuit of coaching clinics, seminars, and certifications.
